1) In your own words, who are you, and what do you do?

My name is Craig Banks. I am a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and the founder of Pinnacle Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center. I own and operate two offices in Ohio, and help to consult five others.

2) What were your goals coming into this project?

The goal with our Web site was not just to have a basic presence on the Internet, but to make sure current and potential patients were being steered toward the vital information needed to become a client or maintain their existing relationship with us. Also, I wanted the site to emphasize that I am specifically trained to care for sports injuries, and I wanted to give our new site a more active feel.

3) How has partnering with Studio1337 helped you achieve those goals, and could you describe your experience working with our team?

Paul R. and Paul H. have been excellent to work with. They took my thoughts and ideas and turned them into concrete design elements for the site. They were very good with keeping me up-to-date on progress and making any requested changes. They nailed the idea that I had for the site, and we constantly get compliments and new patients from the site.

4) Is there anything else you'd like to add?

There are many choices [for design teams], but Studio1337 has been most professional. They are able to explain the how and why of setting up a site to maximize its efficiency, and that is important when trying to reach a broad audience.
