Herman Rubin's needs are a little different from most client's. Herman is blind, and he needed a site that was easy for both him and his site visitors to navigate.
As both experts in and advocates of accessible design, this requirement was never an issue for us. The most fun we had was injecting Herman's personality into the contents of the site - written by us, and published with his blessing. A local newspaper article even did a story on Herman and his site, and coined the phrase "Hermanisms" based on his quotable quips.
