1) In your own words, who are you, and what do you do?

BridgeHealth Medical (BridgeHealth) is the premier service provider in the medical travel industry, offering both US domestic and international networks to health plans, insurance carriers, employers, third party administrators, Taft-Hartley groups, individuals accessing benefits via voluntary benefits plans, health and affinity card programs or Consumer Directed Health Care Plans (CDHP), and individual consumers seeking medical travel options.

2) What were your goals coming into this project?

As an agile start-up in a rapidly evolving new industry, BridgeHealth refined its business plan to accommodate new service lines and pare back underperforming ones. In refocusing, we needed to recast our web presence to better support our brand, its messaging, the user experience, and the functional CMS capabilities of our main website. Specifically, we defined our needs as the following:

Redesign corporate website to clearly communicate with prioritized users.
Create an appropriate call to action for each user.
Better organize nuanced and custom options and support with CMS.
Compete structurally and visually with competitor sites.
Build out in search engine optimized (SEO) manner.
Logical pointed destination spots from other URLs.
